FROM COURTROOM TO BOARDROOM My coaching journey started in a courtroom. As a Crown-appointed Judicial Officer, I built a legal firm from the ground up, led it through a Lean transformation, and later sold it to start a new chapter. Since then, I have coached over 250 senior leaders across 30+ countries in legal, finance, pharma, supply chain and beyond. WHAT SETS ME APART I bring more than credentials. I bring structure, resilience, and a commitment to real results. I hold a PCC credential from the ICF, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and I am certified in Positive Intelligence. My coaching is direct but respectful, structured yet human. My background in law and vast experience in coaching corporate executives gives me insight into high-pressure, risk-sensitive work environments.
