In principle you can start on the week after we have our introductory meeting. The weekly modules become available every Saturday and we'll have our accountablilty & coaching session every Monday or Tuesday thereafter, seven weeks in a row. Therefore basically only your or my holidays might delay your start. But I'm always open to look at possibilities to make your mission succeed.

This is the right program for you if you are a) committed to improving your performance and effectiveness dramatically while reducing stress, b) looking for a science-based and trusted system to make it stick, c) willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don’t serve you and d) want to really build beyond the foundation and create your personal blue print for success. The two hour goalsetting session enables you to create crystal clear goals and subgoals, including KPI's The 60 minute sessions allow both for accountability and coaching and the five 45 minute sessions will empower you to fully integrate your new behaviour into your way of working.

You’d be committing to completing a one-hour interactive module once per week, 3 – 4 minute daily audio sessions, and 10-second exercises by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program. This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, cumulatively, it constitutes less than 2% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Please consider that your Saboteurs are costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity. Consider how much more than 2% of time and productivity this seven-week investment will save for years to come. Apart from this our 30 minute introductory-, 120 minute goalsetting,- seven hourly- and five 45 minute online sessions plus agreed on prep-work.
